Gbazi's Terms & Conditions — A relationship built on transparency

gbazi (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an international online betting and gaming service provider. By reading and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you are entering into an agreement as a registered member of gbazi.

gbaziThe following conditions must be met to open an account on:

• You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Only one account per person One Account Approved.
• A government-issued ID (NID, passport, or driving licence) must be submitted for account verification.
• Completing the mKYC (Know Your Customer) process is mandatory for all financial transactions.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You will be held liable for all activity carried out on your account, unless you have contacted us to have the account locked.

No fees are charged directly on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which gbazi's.

The following conditions must be met before withdrawing your winnings:

• Before withdrawal KYC Verification must be completed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount ৳1,000।
• Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method (source verification policy).
• The specified wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be made.
• Daily maximum ৳2,00,000 can be withdrawn (higher limits apply for VIP members).

gbazi reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions. This may temporarily delay a withdrawal, but for legitimate transactions the process is typically completed within 24 hours.

gbaziThe following general terms apply to all bonus and promotional offers from

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Bonus wagering requirement is 5x.
• Reload Bonus: Get up to 50% reload bonus on eligible deposits every week.
• Cashback: 5%–15% cashback on weekly losses, based on VIP tier.
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days; specific offers may state a different validity period.

gbazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. However, for bonuses already accepted and partially completed, members' interests will be protected.

gbaziThe following general rules apply when placing bets on:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cashout option).
• Bets cancelled due to server issues or technical errors will be fully refunded.
• Exploiting obvious errors in odds (Palpable Error) gbazi reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled or a match is left incomplete due to circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Betting based on match fixing or insider information is illegal.

In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final — not the odds displayed at the time of placement (minor delays may cause a difference).

The following activities are gbazistrictly prohibited on, and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device/IP address.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to withdraw funds.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to place opposing bets across multiple platforms to secure risk-free profits.
• Money Laundering: Using gbazi for money laundering purposes.
• Hacking & Cyberattacks: Attempting unauthorized access to gbazi's systems.
• Using another person's account: Logging into or operating another person's account without their permission.

gbazi may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If suspicious transactions or indications of fraud are detected.
• Failure to submit KYC verification documents, or submission of false documents.
• Account inactive for an extended period (12 months).

You may also request to close your account at any time. In such cases, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance. As part of responsible betting, Self-Exclusion benefits as well.

gbazi While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted service, certain circumstances may cause disruptions for which gbazi cannot be held responsible:

• Internet disconnection or issues with your device.
• Natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events.
• Restricting services due to government regulations or legal changes.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.

gbazi's total liability for any single incident shall not exceed the balance in your account. gbazi is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

gbazi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be given at least 7 Days Prior You will be notified via email or in-app notification.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
